Project Description:
The primary goal of this project is to design and develop a professional, visually compelling, and user-friendly website for agansp.com. The new website will feature an intuitive, mobile-responsive design and be built on a robust content management system to ensure ease of use and long-term viability.
Key Features
- Professional Design: A visually appealing design that aligns with the client’s brand identity.
- Intuitive Navigation: A clear and logical site structure that provides a seamless user experience.
- WordPress CMS: A powerful content management system that allows for easy content updates and management.
- Mobile-First Optimization: A responsive design that ensures optimal performance and usability on all devices.
- Ecommerce Integration: Seamless integration with WooCommerce to handle all product ordering, payments, and shipping.
In order to develop a website that fulfills all the goals of this project, the proposed web development will take place in several distinct phases:
PLANNING:
We will begin by defining the project’s scope, requirements, and overall goals. This phase includes determining the site’s hierarchy, number of pages, and any specialized content like forms, animations, or graphics. The client will complete a design questionnaire to help us understand their style preferences and brand vision.
CONCEPT DESIGN:
In this phase, we will develop a new website design based on the client’s requirements and questionnaire responses. Our “live” design approach means we will build the initial mockup directly in WordPress, allowing the client to see and interact with a functional version of the site from the very beginning.
- In-depth Consultation: We will work closely with you to understand your vision and goals.
- Design Concept Development: We will create design mockups that showcase the site’s structure, layout, and visual elements. These will be presented to the client within three weeks.
- Client Review & Revisions: The client will have up to two rounds of revisions to provide feedback and request changes to the design mockups.
DEVELOPMENT / PROGRAMMING:
Once the design is approved, we will begin development.
- WordPress Installation: We will set up a new WordPress installation, customized for the project’s specific needs.
- Theme Customization: We will build the approved design directly into the WordPress theme.
- Site Structure: We will develop a clear and intuitive site structure to optimize the user experience and search engine visibility.
PAGE DEVELOPMENT:
We will create and populate the pages according to the project scope, incorporating various content formats such as text, images, and videos.
- Content Migration: For existing sites, we will carefully migrate all content, including text, images, and other media.
- Page Creation: We will develop key pages, including:
- Home: A visually striking home page with a clear call-to-action and a concise overview of your brand.
- About & Team: Detailed information about the company and its team members.
- Sustainability: Your sustainability statement with supporting visuals.
- Testimonials: A section to showcase customer reviews.
- Blog: An informational blog.
- Shop: A dedicated shop section integrated with WooCommerce.
- Contact: A contact form and other key contact information.
- Privacy Policy: A required page outlining data collection and usage practices.
- Optional Pages: Up to three additional pages can be created as needed.
- Final Revisions: After all content is in place, the client will have two opportunities for revision requests. Any changes beyond these two rounds will be billed at an additional charge.
